After installing the latest Bronze Service Provider System Recovery CD (Build 8 or later), the system does not accept the administrator password that I chose during setup?

The password rules have changed, the BSP W2K Administrator password must consist of at least 8 characters, and contain at least one special character, and a number. If you did not choose a password that met this rule during setup then the administrator password will be NULL, just hit enter to access the system. Then change the password to one that meets the requirements.

After installing the latest Bronze Service Provider System Recovery CD (Build 8 or later), the WebRAO software does not detect the card in the serial card reader?

This problem occurs sometimes after using the recovery CD.

Use Windows Device Manager to determine if the Smart Card Reader (serial) is recognised by the system, after run the hardware troubleshouter routine in order to detect the Serial Card Reader. Once the serial card reader has been detected, reboot the system again, and run the WebRao.
